furnished apartment

The prior fully furnished 3 1/2-room apartment with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and large terrace is located on the ground floor (high floor, 4 steps up from the courtyard) of the 3-family house. Bedroom and dining/study room are each about 15/16 square meters, the living room is nearly 20 square meters. The kitchen is designed in an L-shape. A high-quality, U-shaped built-in kitchen is installed in one leg of the L. The other leg of the L offers enough space for the dining table set. The bathroom is approx. 5 square meters in size and fully equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and bathtub. With the exception of the living room, all rooms are accessible via the hall. The living room connects to the dining/study room. From the kitchen you can reach the 47 square meter terrace and the garden.

In spring 2020, the house received a completely new heating system with solar thermal support. There are currently no empirical values for the ancillary costs, but as a completely new system and of course a cheaply chosen supplier, these will be in a feasible lower range.

Bad Kreuznach with its >50,000 inhabitants is the central focus of the Nahe region. The city itself offers with its spa area, the Salinental as the largest open-air inhaler in Europe, Rotenfels, Rheingrafenstein, Ebernburg, the bridge houses, the old town, various wineries in the city and in the surrounding area, some with ostrich farms, ... an incredible amount of variety. At the same time, it is the economic center of the Nahe region with corresponding jobs. The Rhein-Main area is also easily accessible, both by train and by car. After a good 1 minute drive you can reach the 4-lane B41 as a feeder to the motorway.

Of course, the tenants of the apartment in the courtyard have a parking space for the car. By the way, the nearest bus stop is only about 20 meters from the courtyard entrance. During the day you can go directly from the apartment by public transport.

First we planned to rent the apartment for a period of at least 6 months, preferably longer. Since there was no longer any demand for this due to the corona pandemic, the apartment was converted into a normal rental apartment.
